“I just wanted to take a minute and let you know what a valuable employee you have in Ashley. 

I own a small third-party debt collection agency and periodically throughout the year our business is in need of additional capital and over a year ago Ashley contacted me and she was able to assist in finding funding for our business. Not an easy thing to do considering they type of business we have. But she was able to find it for us. Once that loan was paid off,  she followed up to see if additional funding was needed and at that time, we didn’t need any assistance, but I did tell her to check back in a few months as we might need some funding then. True to her word, she followed up- and we didn’t need anything at that time and again I asked her to follow up with me in a few months. Rather than Ashley telling me to call her when I needed some extra funds, she said she would check back in a few months. I think she had to check back 3-4 times before I needed anything. I can not tell you how much this is appreciated because so many others have just said “call me when you need something” and unfortunately, I would lose their number or when I called back, they were no longer there. Having her initiate the follow up made things that much easier for me (but I now have her number programmed into my phone so if I need anything before the “next few months” I can call her directly).

But follow up is not the only reason that I’m writing this. She is there thru the entire process– from helping find a lender that meets my needs and ability to repay to explaining step by step, who is going to call and for what reason and when to expect the call back. Her thoroughness and knowledge of the entire process is above standard. When completing the final funding call, I was able to answer every question and completely understand the contract.  

She is articulate and professional and a definite asset to Hometown Capital. Going forward, any funding that I need, Ashley will be the one that I contact. 

Please know that she does an excellent job and leaves the customer knowing they are in good hands. 

Should you ever decide to let her go, my hope would be that she is willing to relocate to Texas as I would hire her immediately.
